Dr. 戴安娜H. Yu is an interventional pulmonologist who specializes in performing minimally invasive procedures to diagnose and treat conditions of the airways, lungs and pleura (tissues covering the lungs). She is also a critical care specialist who sees patients in the intensive care unit. Her expertise includes minimally invasive bronchoscopic and pleural procedures to address complex pleural diseases and airway complications of lung transplantation.
在研究, she is interested in evaluating noninvasive bronchoscopic approaches to treating chronic bronchitis and lung cancer. She also pursues translational research (which seeks to apply relevant lab findings to patient care) to find the mechanism underlying airway strictures (areas that are abnormally narrowed).
She earned her medical degree at Rush Medical College and completed a residency in internal medicine at the University of California, 欧文.
